Additionally, referring to the announcement by SAIC on the Tadawul website dated 19 January 2023, regarding the Board of Directors’ decision issued on 18 January 2023, appointing Dr. Abdullah bin Suleiman Al-Juraish as Managing Director of SAIC. Accordingly, Saudi Advanced Industries Company (Advanced) announces the Board of Directors’ decision issued on 02 Jum. II 1446 AH corresponding to 03 December 2024 AD to terminate the appointment of Dr. Abdullah bin Sulaiman Al-Juraish as a Managing Director, while continuing as a non-executive Board Member. The Board of Directors extends its sincere gratitude and appreciation to Dr. Abdullah for his efforts during his tenure as Managing Director and wishes him continued success and prosperity.
